The Safe Space is not your typical breathwork class. This is breathwork with beats—a fusion of music-driven breathing, movement, and deep release. What are the benefits of the breathwork?

Breathwork is a missing piece of the puzzle alongside food and movement for a better, healthier, happier life!
It helps regulate emotions, reduce stress, improve focus, enhance energy levels, balance hormones, bring joy and happiness and support better sleep!
The correct breathing techniques also improve athletic performance and aid in recovery.
As a spiritual practice, deepen your self-awareness, by getting access to your subconscious mind where you can work on your belief systems, energy blocks, and old patterns. It's more powerful than talking therapy as it is happening on a much deeper level in mind and body.

Is Breathwork suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Sessions are designed for all levels, starting always with instructions, questions/answers, and deep explanations. You will be guided through in a way that feels accessible and safe.
I will send you the waiver before the first class and explain to you all the contradictions.

Do you offer corporate or workplace sessions?

Yes! I provide customized breathwork and stress-reduction sessions for workplaces looking to improve employee well-being. As a previous office worker, I am very aware of the issues and work-related stress and can help with practical tools to minimize the effect of office-based, static, screen-related jobs.
