About me
Hi, I’m Nina – a certified breathwork instructor, somatic guide, personal trainer, nutritionist, and ADHDer, and an embodied woman.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by how we move, heal, and transform—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
I help people release the weight they’ve been carrying—whether it’s tension in the body, unresolved trauma, or stagnant energy—through an intuitive blend of breath, movement, touch, sound, deep meditation, and immersion in nature.
I work with authenticity and presence, creating a deeply trustful, safe, and healing environment where you can be held exactly as you are. This is a space where nothing is forced, and where you are free to meet yourself without judgment.
I know this work because I’ve lived it.
I’ve healed all of my own wounds, traumas, patterns, and shadows through somatic practices and breathwork. I’ve felt the transformation of heaviness into lightness, of disconnection into self-trust, and of stuckness into flow.
Nature is not just a backdrop—it’s an active part of this healing. As a qualified Outdoor Education Leader and devoted nature lover, I guide sessions in wild, restorative spaces. Cold plunges in lochs, walking through forests, breathing on mountaintops—these moments reconnect us to the Earth and to ourselves in ways that indoor spaces never can.
My journey began with the Wim Hof Method and ice baths, where I first experienced the raw power of conscious breathing. I explored Holotropic breathwork and trained with Tim Morrison, which was deeply impactful but often too intense for many bodies. Then I found SOMA Breath—a method that felt like home. It blends science, ancient wisdom, and music into a safe, rhythmic, and deeply transformative practice that works with the nervous system, not against it.
I’ve spent my life working with the human body: bodybuilding, heavy weightlifting, women’s strength training, outdoor adventure coaching, climbing instruction, and holistic nutrition. Each step taught me how interconnected the body, mind, and spirit truly are—but it was breathwork and somatic healing that brought it all together.
Over the past eight years, I’ve walked a deep spiritual path—six years of daily meditation, and the last two years immersed in breathwork practice and facilitation. I’m currently completing Level 2 Somatic Trauma-Informed Therapy, which allows me to integrate breath, movement, touch, sound, and meditation in a way that is both safe and profoundly transformative.
For me, breathwork is the bridge between the physical and the spiritual—the place where the body feels safe enough to let the soul expand.
My mission is to guide others into that same space of transformation, self-connection, and freedom, using breath, nature, and authentic human connection as the keys.
Let’s breathe together—and meet the deepest version of yourself.
Why The Safe Space?
The Safe Space is more than a breathwork session—it’s a place where you are truly seen, heard, and held.
It’s not about fixing you, pushing you, or making you fit into a method.
It’s about meeting you exactly where you are, in your body, in your story, and in your truth.
I bring more than techniques—I bring authentic presence, deep listening, and a genuine commitment to creating a safe, trustful healing environment. Every session is unique, shaped around your needs in the moment, blending:
-
Somatic movement to reconnect you with your body
-
SOMA Breathwork for nervous system regulation and expansion
-
Holotropic-style breathwork for deep release and transformation
-
Therapeutic touch, sound, and meditation for integration and grounding
-
Nature immersion to reconnect with the earth and awaken your senses
I know the path you’re walking because I’ve walked it too.
I’ve healed all of my own wounds, traumas, patterns, and shadows through these practices. I know the courage it takes to face yourself—and the freedom that comes when you do.
I’m a certified breathwork instructor, personal trainer, nutritionist, Level 2 Somatic Trauma-Informed Therapist (in training), and qualified outdoor education leader. My work is rooted in both science and soul, combining years of working with the human body with deep spiritual practice.
The whole method is Scientifically Backed: Accredited by ACCPH, IBF, CPD, ICAHP—rooted in breath science.
