I'm trained in SOMA Breathwork, Level 2 Somatic Therapy, Holotropic Breathwork, and trauma-informed approaches. I specialise in working with ADHD, anxiety, burnout, and deep emotional issues—using the 6 belts of tension methodology to help participants release what's stored in their bodies.

I also run monthly collaborations with sound bath practitioners for deeper immersive experiences.

This work is grounded, science-based, and focused on results—not years of talk therapy.
