Safe Space: A Journey Within

Safe Space isn’t just a name—it’s a practice.
It’s the place you create inside yourself through breath, presence, and awareness.
It’s where healing happens.

Each session is a highly attuned, one-to-one journey designed to meet you exactly where you are—emotionally, energetically, and physically.

We begin with somatic movement to come into the body and awaken the nervous system gently. From there, we move into a phase of nervous system regulation and expansion—working with gentle yet powerful breath patterns to bring balance, resilience, and clarity. Finally, we drop into deep, holotropic-style breathwork for transformation, release, and integration.

 

This isn’t just breathwork—it’s an intentional process of coming back to yourself.

Sessions can take place in my home, your home, in the forest, by the sea, or woven into a walk and wild swim. 

Small Groups

A 90-minute journey of movement, breath, sound, and emotional release—held in a safe, welcoming space where everything you are is welcome.

We begin with somatic movement to awaken the body and soften tension. Then, we flow into nervous system balancing breathwork before moving into holotropic-style breathing for deep release, transformation, and expanded awareness.

❤︎‬ Sound, music, and safe facilitation guide you through the process, allowing emotions and stagnant energy to be felt, expressed, and released.

❤︎‬ We end in a place of connection—both with yourself and with the group—grounded, open, and lighter than when you arrived.

❤︎‬ No experience is needed—you will be fully guided and supported.

Nature Immersion Day

Breathe. Move. Plunge. Gather.

Step out of the noise and into something real.
This is a day for slowing down, breathing deeply, and remembering your connection—to your body, your breath, the land, and each other.

We’ll gather in a wild, quiet place surrounded by nature. Our time together will include:

‪‪❤︎‬ Somatic Movement in Nature – grounding into the body, softening tension, awakening the senses
‪‪❤︎‬ SOMA & Holotropic-Style Breathwork – regulating the nervous system, expanding awareness, and accessing deep transformation
‪‪❤︎‬ Cold Plunge – optional wild water immersion to invigorate, reset, and awaken
‪‪❤︎‬ Fire Circle & Soup Sharing – warm up by the fire, share stories, and connect with the group over nourishing homemade soup

This isn’t just an event—it’s a journey through the elements, a chance to feel your aliveness, and an opportunity to connect with others in a safe, held, and open space.

No previous breathwork or cold water experience is needed.
